When you create a purchase order or purchase invoice, instead of populating the Payment Method Code of the pay to vendor that is setup on the Vendor card page, on the Invoicing FastTab, in the Vendor No. field, Sparkrock 365 automatically populates the value of Payment Method Code with the Payment Method Code value of the vendor that is specified on the purchase document. |
HR Management
Description | |
---|---|
On the Payout Request page, the tooltip for the HR Pay Code field must be updated to be as follows: Specifies the HR pay code that is to be used during compensation journal processing of the payout request. The value is automatically populated based on the specified cause of absence code setup. When there is no HR pay code specified, respective payout request records do not appear in the compensation journal. |
|
On the Per Pay Accrual Worksheet and Annual Accrual Worksheet pages, when you select lines, and then choose Post Accruals, instead of posting the selected lines, Sparkrock 365 is posting all lines. To resolve this issue, Sparkrock 365 requires enhancements to the posting process. For more information, go to Per Pay Accrual Worksheet and Annual Accrual Worksheet posting enhancements. |
|
When you try to load lines for payout time, Sparkrock 365 does not load lines for terminated employees who do not have an active assignment. To resolve this issue, Sparkrock 365 requires enhancements to the compensation journal load process. For more information, go to Load payout time to the compensation journal for terminated employees. |
|
When a cause of absence does not have a value for HR Pay Code, there is no way to specify the HR pay code that is to be associated with a payout request. To resolve this issue, Sparkrock 365 requires enhancements to the payout request process. For more information, go to Specify an HR pay code on an absence payout request. |
