Sparkrock 365 is permitting users to view purchase orders, purchase invoices, purchase requisitions, payment requests, and expense claims data for which the user is not authorized to view based on the setup on the mySparkrock User Setup Card and mySparkrock User Account Sets pages. |
On the Purchase Orders page, when you select multiple purchase orders, and then print the orders, Sparkrock 365 prints the first order correctly, however, on subsequent purchase orders the printed output displays purchase order lines from other purchase orders. For example, if you select three purchase orders, and then print the orders, the first purchase order prints correctly. On the second purchase order, the printed output includes purchase order lines from the first purchase order. On the third purchase order, the printed output includes purchase order lines from the first purchase order and the second purchase order. |
In preparation for a future mySparkrock release, Sparkrock 365 requires changes to an API that shares option and option value data for purchase requisitions and payment requests. |
