On the Employee Card page, when you try to change the case of letters in the Company Email field, for example, from lowercase (cronus.com) to uppercase (CRONUS.COM), Sparkrock displays the following error message: This email address is already used by another mySparkrock user |

When you try to load a compensation journal import file, if the dates in the file have a single digit, for example, if the Work Date or Posting Date is 2/27/2024, Sparkrock 365 displays the following error: There is nothing to import. To resolve this issue, the COMP JNL IMPORT data exchange definition requires changes to the Data Format field for the Posting Date and Date Worked column definitions to use the following format: M/d/yyyy The changes to the data format must permit users to load a compensation journal import file that includes single and double digit day and month date values. |

When you update the Last Name and Company Email fields on the Employee Card page, Sparkrock 365 does not automatically update the following fields:
