The calculations for the following Employment Data & Analysis System (EDAS) report fields must use the working days or hours in a period based on the HR base calendar that is specified on the related HR position, instead of using the difference between the calculation start date and calculation end date on the HR employee assignment:

When the General Classification is set to EX for an HR position, the EDAS Report Worksheet page and EDAS report export must display blank, instead of zeros for the following fields:

When on the Advanced HR Setup page, Role-Based Absences is turned on, and on the Attendance Plan page, you add an attendance plan line, Sparkrock 365 does not automatically populate the value for HR Emp. Assignment Entry No. on the employee attendance plan lines on all the assignments that have this attendance plan. Sparkrock 365 requires changes so that when you add an attendance plan line, Sparkrock 365 displays a dialog box that asks whether you want to update all assignments that have this attendance plan. If you choose Yes, Sparkrock 365 must automatically populated the value for HR Emp. Assignment Entry No. on the employee attendance plan lines on all the assignments that have this attendance plan. If you choose No, Sparkrock 365 must not make any changes to employee attendance plan lines. |

When you load lines into the EDAS worksheet, if the End Date on the EDAS Load Lines page is greater than the Calculation End Date on the HR employee assignment, Sparkrock 365 does not treat the assignment as a past assignment. Sparkrock 365 requires changes so that when the End Date on the EDAS Load Lines page is greater than the Calculation End Date on the HR employee assignment, Sparkrock displays the following values for fields in the EDAS worksheet and EDAS export file:

On the EDAS Setup page, the following fields must be added:

On the Employee Attendance Plan page, Sparkrock 365 includes in quantity and balance field calculations, employee absence records that have the Status of Denied and Cancelled. Sparkrock 365 requires changes so that Sparkrock 365 only includes records that have the Status of Approved in the quantity and balance calculations. |
