Periodically, Sparkrock may publish maintenance updates between releases. This maintenance update replaces previously released updates. All maintenance updates are cumulative.

Finance and Procurement

When an alternate sends an expense claim for approval for a limited access user who is a requestor and an approver, the limited access user cannot view the Approve and Reject actions. |

A payment request can include multiple lines with the same items, price, and dimensions. When these lines are consolidated on the respective purchase invoice, and then you post the invoice, Sparkrock 365 does not changes the Status of the payment request to Completed. |

On list pages, when you filter a list by Vendor Name, specify a few characters in the text box, and then select a record, Sparkrock 365 inputs the vendor No., instead of the Vendor Name. |

When Sparkrock 365 processes a details change HR request that has a value specified for Calculation End Date, on the assignment that is being closed, Sparkrock 365 specifies an incorrect value for Hours Entry End Date. When this scenario occurs, Sparkrock 365 must update the value for Hours Entry End Date to have the same value as the Calculation End Date. |
