HR Request Statuses
For each step in the HR request workflow, an HR request has a different status.
The following list describes the HR request statuses:
Open : The HR request has been initiated.
Pending HR : The HR request is pending an action from HR.
Pending Payroll : The HR request is pending an action from payroll.
Completed : The HR request is complete.
Sequence of HR request statuses
The sequence of statuses that Sparkrock 365 uses depend on the values of the HR Action Required and Payroll Action Required fields for the respective HR reason code. This setup is visible on the HR Reason Codes page.
The following table describes the sequence of HR request statuses depending on the respective HR reason code setup.

Field updates based on change of status
When an HR request moves from the Pending HR to the Pending Payroll or Completed status, Sparkrock 365 automatically updates fields as described in the following table.

HR Review/Approved Name | Name of the user who performed the action |

When an HR request moves from the Pending Payroll to Completed status, Sparkrock 365 automatically updates fields as described in the following table.
