Create the ONE-T Export File
When you are satisfied with the ONE-T worksheet data, you can create the ONE-T export file.
When the export file is created, Sparkrock 365 compares the data on the ONE-T Worksheet page to previous export files to determine whether the information has already been reported. You can view previous export files on the HRIS Export File Archives page. The export file logic tracks changes in the following areas:

If any of the following fields have a different value, a record is included in the ONE-T export file:

ONE-T export file naming convention
On the Provincial Benefits Data Exchange Setup page, on the ONE-T FastTab, the Production field determines the ONE-T export file name prefix. When Production is turned off, the ONE-T export file is created with the prefix of TEST. Otherwise, when Production is turned on, the ONE-T export file is created with the prefix of PROD.
The name of the file is composed as follows:
NatureofFile_EmployerGroupID_Date_CycleNumber.csv
where:
Natureoffile is 4 characters with the value of TEST or PROD
EmployerGroupID is the Employer Group ID in the transaction record
Date is the date the file was generated. The date format is: yyyymmdd
CycleNumber is the Cycle Number in the header record
For example:
TEST_985000001_20210714_001.csv
PROD_985000001_20210714_801.csv
