Assign an Attendance Plan to an Employee
After you have created an attendance plan, you can assign the attendance plan to employees.
You can use the following methods to assign an attendance plans to employees:
Assignment through an HR position

Assignment through HR requests
For more information, see Attach an Attendance Plan to an HR Request.
Assignment from the employee card
To assign an attendance plan to an employee from the employee card
Choose , enter employees, and then choose the related link.
The Employees page opens.
Select the employee to which you want to attach an attendance plan, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > Edit.
The Employee Card page opens.
On the action bar, choose Home Attendance Plan.
The Employee Attendance Plan page opens.
In Attendance Plan Code, specify the code that you want to apply to this employee.
A dialog box appears and displays the following question:
Do you want to update the plan and related details for this employee?
To confirm that you want to update the plan and related details for the employee, choose Yes.
In Attendance Effective Date, specify the effective date for this attendance plan.
