Add Purchase Requisition Line Details to an Existing Purchase Order
To reduce manually processing time, Sparkrock 365 provides the capability to automatically add the details from purchase requisition lines to an existing purchase order.
To add purchase requisition line details to an existing purchase order
Choose , enter purchase requisitions, and then choose the related link.
The Purchase Requisitions page opens.
Select the purchase requisition for which you want to automatically add purchase requisition line details to an existing purchase order, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > Edit.
The Purchase Requisition page opens.
On the Lines FastTab, for any line that is to have the details added to an existing purchase order, perform the following steps:
- Ensure that the value of Line Action is set to Add to Purchase Order.
- In PO No., specify the number of the purchase order to which you want to add the details of the purchase requisition.
On the action bar, choose Create Purchase Order.
The purchase requisition line details are added to the respective purchase order.
The Status of the purchase requisition changes to In-Progress and on the line, the Purchase Status changes to Created.
