Add Grievance Resolution Details
After a resolution is reached, on the Grievance Resolution Details page, you can record the date and the resolution details that were agreed on.
To add grievance resolution details
Choose , enter grievances, and then choose the related link.
The Grievances page opens.
Select the grievance for which you want to add grievance resolution details, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.
The Grievance Card page opens.
On the action bar, choose Related > Grievance Resolution Details.
The Grievance Resolution Details page opens.
For each grievance resolution details record that you want to add, perform the following steps:
- On the action bar, choose New.
- In Date, specify the date on which the resolution was reached.
This date is not connected to the Settlement Reached step on the Grievance Card page, on the Grievance Process Log FastTab. That information must be updated separately. - In Description, specify a description of the resolution that was reached.
