Add Agreement Articles Violated
For each grievance that is launched against the organization, the one or more particular sections of the collective agreement that were violated must be recorded.
To add agreement articles violated
Choose , enter grievances, and then choose the related link.
The Grievances page opens.
Select the grievance for which you want to add the collective agreement articles that were violated, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.
The Grievance Card page opens.
On the action bar, choose Related > Agreement Articles Violated.
The Agreement Articles Violated page opens.
For each record that you want to add, perform the following steps:
- On the action bar, choose New.
- In Agreement No., specify the collective agreement number that represents collective agreement that was violated.
- In Article No., specify the number that represents the article that was violated.
- In Section No., specify the number that represents the section that was violated.
- In Subsection No., specify the number that represents the sub-section that was violated.
- In Comments, specify the details of the violation.
