View expense attributes on an expense claim
Expense attributes can be viewed in various locations.
These locations include:
On the Expense Claim page, on the Lines FastTab and in the Line Attributes FactBox.
On the Purchase Request Line - Edit Attribute Set Entries page.
To view the expense attributes on an expense claim line
Select Search (Alt+Q)
, enter expense claims, and then choose the related link.The Expense Claims page opens.
Select the expense claim for which you want to view expense attributes, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.
The Expense Claim page opens.
You can view the expense attributes on the Lines FastTab.
To view the expense attributes for an expense claim line in the Line Attributes FactBox
Select Search (Alt+Q)
, enter expense claims, and then choose the related link.The Expense Claims page opens.
Select the expense claim for which you want to view expense attributes, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.
The Expense Claim page opens.
Select the line for which you want to view expense attributes.
The expense attributes appear in the Line Attributes FactBox.
To view the expense attributes for an expense claim on the Purchase Request Line - Edit Attribute Set Entries page
Select Search (Alt+Q)
, enter expense claims, and then choose the related link.The Expense Claims page opens.
Select the expense claim for which you want to view expense attributes, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.
The Expense Claim page opens.
Select the line for which you want to view expense attributes, and then on the Lines FastTab action bar, choose Line > Attributes.
The Purchase Request Line - Edit Attribute Set Entries page opens and displays expense attributes data for the selected line.
