Set up the display order of expense attribute fields

After expense attribute fields are set up, you can configure their display order on unassigned expenses and expense claim lines.

Note:
If expense attribute fields are not set up on the Purchases & Payables Setup page, the fields do not appear on unassigned expenses and expense claim lines.

To set up the display order of expense attribute fields

1. Select Search (Alt+Q) , enter purchases & payables setup, and then choose the related link.

   The Purchases & Payables Setup page opens.

2. On the Expense Claims tab, in the Attributes Setup section, specify the order in which you want the expense attribute fields to appear, for example, in Attribute 1 Name, specify the first record that you want to appear on the row of an unassigned expense or expense claim line.
