Reject an absence payout approval request
Authorized users can reject an absence payout approval request.
An absence payout request that has the Status of Denied cannot be reopened or processed. A user must create another absence payout request.
To reject an absence payout approval request
Choose
, enter payout requests, and then choose the related link.The Payout Requests page opens.
Select the absence payout request that you want to reject, and then on the action bar, choose View.
The Payout Request page opens.
On the action bar, choose Approve > Reject.
The Approval Reject Comments page opens.
In Comment, specify a reason why you are rejecting the absence payout approval request.
To close the Approval Reject Comments page, choose Close.
Sparkrock 365 changes the Status to Denied.
