    Not applicable When an expense attribute field has the Type set to Date, Sparkrock Impact may display an error on the Expense Claims page due to a date format mismatch. The error may also appear in mySparkrock.PD-7723, PD-7667
    Not applicable When you open, and then close the Attribute Values – Expense Type page without making any changes, Sparkrock Impact incorrectly displays the following error message:
    This attribute value cannot be deleted because it is used on expense records.PD-7673
    Not applicable The APIs that retrieve purchase invoice and purchase requisition data for mySparkrock may respond slowly or time out. This problem can cause delays when users view purchase invoice and purchase requisition information, especially in environments with many purchase invoice and purchase requisition records.PD-7678, PD-7669

    Time Entry

    Support Case Number Description
    Not applicable The Retro Pay Worksheet page does not calculate retro pay correctly for earnings that originate from time entries that are associated with an override hourly rate. When the rate changes, the calculation does not use the updated rate.
    When retro pay is calculated for these earnings, Sparkrock Impact must use the Override Hourly Rate that is defined on the related Time Entry Unit Position Activities page. For all other earnings, or when no override rate is specified, the calculation must continue to use the existing rate.PD-7457
