| When Calculate Accrual is set to Calculate Per Pay Accrual for a cause of absence on an attendance plan, and the associated pay cycle has 27 pay periods, Sparkrock Impact calculates incorrect accrual amounts per pay period. The calculation divides the annual entitlement by 26 instead of 27, which results in understated accruals. |

| When mySparkrock users select Verify for expense claims, purchase requisitions, or payment requests, the associated Sparkrock Impact API does not provide the required approval data to mySparkrock. |

| The Sparkrock Impact API that shares expense type data with mySparkrock may respond slowly or time out in environments with a large number of expense types. |
