| When you try to view or create an absence in mySparkrock, an error appears stating that the eligibility date was not found. This error occurs because the Sparkrock API that shares employee attendance plan line data does not return a default value when the Date of First Year Prorate contains an invalid value. If an employee attendance plan line has a Date of First Year Prorate value that is not equal to the Vacation Credit Date, Employment Date, or Original Hire Date, the API must return the Employment Date. |
