Problems that are resolved in this maintenance update
The following problems are resolved in this maintenance update.
Platform
Description | |
---|---|
When using the User Groups Migration Guide to convert user groups to security groups, Sparkrock 365 retains user permission sets that are associated with the user groups during the migration. This design results in duplicate permission sets at the security group and user levels. To resolve this issue, Sparkrock 365 must delete the permission sets at the user level as part of the migration process. |
HR Management
Description | |
---|---|
Sparkrock 365 requires the capability to specify assignment allocation details on a leave change HR request, and then process the request to update the respective employee assignment allocations. To learn more, go to Assignment allocations on leave change HR requests. |
|
Sparkrock 365 requires the capability to specify location details on a leave change HR request, and then process the HR request to update the Location Code on the respective HR employee assignment. To learn more, go to New fields on the HR Request-Leave page. |
|
On the Vendor Card page, when Blocked is set to Payment, Sparkrock 365 incorrectly prevents you from specifying this vendor on finance requests, instead of only blocking this vendor from being added on payment journal lines. |
Payroll Administration
Description | |
---|---|
If the value of Default Tax Province is blank on the Payroll Employee Card and you try to send compensation journal records for this employee to payroll, Sparkrock 365 displays the following error message: Unable to Calculate Provincial Tax for Payroll Employee <number>, they are missing a Provincial Tax information line. This error message does not clearly indicate what action the user must take to resolve the issue. To resolve this issue, Sparkrock 365 must display the following error message: Unable to calculate provincial tax for payroll employee <Employee No.> because a default tax province is not specified on the payroll employee card. |
