Periodically, Sparkrock may publish maintenance updates between releases. This maintenance update replaces previously released updates. All maintenance updates are cumulative.

HR Management

| On the Employee Card page, in the Gender field, Sparkrock 365 requires the capability to specify a Non-Binary option. For more information, see Specify a Non-Binary options for Gender. |

| Sparkrock 365 is updating the Status of HR requests to Approved even though there are unprocessed HR steps. Sparkrock 365 requires changes to ensure that the Status of an HR request is only changed to Approved after all HR steps have been processed. |
|
| On various HR requests, for example, new hire, transfer, temporary assignment transfer, and details change, the HR Position Class Code field must appear before the HR Position Code field. This order is necessary because the HR position class and the HR position have a parent-child hierarchy. |
|
| When you load HR request worksheet lines for on leave or teacher on leave HR requests, Sparkrock 365 is displaying an unnecessary Include on Leave field. The Include on Leave field must be removed. |
|
| When the Role-Based Absences feature is turned on, and on the Employee Attendance Plan page, you change the value of Attendance Plan Code, Sparkrock 365 is not automatically updating the value of Absence Calendar Code. |
|
| For United States customers, when processing termination HR requests, the Grounds for Termination Code field must be optional. For more information, see Grounds for Termination Code field is optional for termination HR requests for US customers. |
