Periodically, Sparkrock may publish maintenance updates between releases. This maintenance update replaces previously released updates. All maintenance updates are cumulative.
Problems that are resolved in this maintenance update
The following problems are resolved in this maintenance update.
Finance and Procurement

| When a vendor has on their respective Vendor Card page, Misc Vendor turned on, the vendor cannot be specified on finance requests. |

| When you perform a general journal import, instead of using the Posting Date in the import file, Sparkrock 365 updates the Posting Date to the date of the server that is hosting the data. |

| On the Payment Journals page, when an approver approves one or more of the lines, you can print checks for unapproved lines. |
Payroll Administration

| The Record of Employment (ROE) export file is not passing a Service Canada validation because Sparkrock 365 is including incorrect data in the <A3> tag. |
Provincial Benefits Data Exchange

| Installation of the Provincial Benefits Data Exchange extension fails because of unnecessary validations to prevent bad data. |
Time Entry

| On the Compensation Journal page, when you load lines, Sparkrock 365 does not load approved time entry lines for non-current assignments. |
