You can edit the name, address, or both on a charitable receipt that was created before the update to version 24.5 for Sparkrock 365 2024 release wave 1.

To edit a charitable receipt that was created before the update to version 24.5 for Sparkrock 365 2024 release wave 1

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter charitable receipt archives, and then choose the related link.

    The Charitable Receipt Archives page opens.

  2. Select the charitable receipt that you want to edit, and then on the action bar, choose Home > Edit Name/Address.

    The source document opens, for example, a posted deposit.

  3. Edit the one or more fields as required.
