    Assign expense attribute fields to expense types

    After you create expense attribute fields, to have the fields appear on expense claims, assign the fields to the appropriate expense type.

    To assign an expense attribute field to an expense type

    1. Select Search (Alt+Q) Tell me what you want to do, enter expense types, and then choose the related link.

      The Expense Types page opens.

    2. Select the expense type row for which you want to assign an expense attribute field, and then on the action bar, choose Attributes/Options > Attributes.

      The Attribute Values - Expense Type page opens for the expense type that you selected.

    3. On the action bar, choose New.

      A new row appears.

    4. In Attribute, specify the expense attribute field that you want to assign to this expense type.

    5. If applicable, in Value, specify a value.
