Set Up Non-union Employees
Before you create a ONE-T export, set up your non-union employees.
To set up non-union employees
Choose , enter employees, and then choose the related link.
The Employees page opens.
Select the non-union employee that you want to set up, and then on the action bar, choose Related > Human Resources > Employee Benefits.
The Employee Benefits page opens.
In Benefit FTE, specify a value.
In Benefit Salary Amount, specify a value.
In ID, specify a value.
In Benefit Eligibility Date, specify a value.
For employees that help benefit eligible positions, but are not eligible for benefits, select the Not Eligible/Not Participating checkbox.
