Set Up Employee Relatives
On the Relatives page, you can set up codes to track employee relative information. If the employee does not have any relatives, you can set up codes to track close contact information. This functionality helps when you need to access information about an employee's relatives for contact and benefit purposes.
After you set up the codes, you can assign a list of relatives to each employee on the Employee Relatives page.
To create employee relative codes
Choose , enter relatives, and then choose the related link.
The Relatives page opens.
On the action bar, choose New.
A new row appears.
In Code, specify a code to represent the relative or close contact.
In Description, specify a description for the relative or close contact.
To assign relatives to an employee
Choose , enter employees, and then choose the related link.
The Employees page opens.
Select the employee for which you want to assign relatives, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > Edit.
The Employee Card page opens.
On the action bar, choose Related > Employee > Relatives.
The Employee Relatives page opens.
On the action bar, choose New.
A new row appears.
In Relative Code, specify the code that represents the relative that you want to assign.
Specify values for other fields as required.
