Set Up Benefits Management
Sparkrock 365 includes benefits management functionality. The core components of the benefits management functionality are described in the following list:
Benefit plans: The specific types of employee benefits, for example, extended health care, dental, and vision.
Benefit groups: A group of benefit plans that are assigned to an HR position. After the benefit groups are assigned to an HR position, all benefit plans that are associated with a benefit group can be automatically or manually assigned to the employees who are assigned the HR position.
Benefit group plans: The plans that are associated with each benefit group.
