Regular progression
Sparkrock 365 provides the capability to process salary progression. For example, depending on the setup, Sparkrock 365 considers factors such as experience years, pay grid, pay grade, and progression steps, and then determines whether an employee is eligible to progress to the next salary level.
To process a salary progression for an employee, you can create, and then process a regular progression HR request. Alternatively, to mass process salary progression for multiple employees, you can first use the Progression Worksheet page to review and validate the data. Next, you can process the worksheet lines to create the respective regular progression HR requests, and then process the HR requests. For more information, see Process salary progression.
