| In specific environments, the upgrade to version 22.6 for Sparkrock 365 2023 release wave 1 does not complete in time because the duration of the upgrade exceeds the upgrade window. The excessive run time results in a roll back of the upgrade. To resolve this problem, when a customer has more than 50,000 hours details or payroll ledger entry records, Sparkrock 365 must create one or more scheduled jobs that are to run in the job queue after Sparkrock 365 completes the core components of the upgrade. |
