Problems that are resolved in this maintenance update
The following problems are resolved in this maintenance update.
Platform
Case Number | Description |
---|---|
Sparkrock 365 requires code changes that involve adding an event for MICR text functionality. For more information about events, see Events in AL. |
|
An issue occurs when two approvers add comments to a purchase requisition. When the second approver enters a comment, Sparkrock 365 displays the user ID of the first approver who entered a comment. |
|
Users who have the Finance Department Manager or HR Department Manager roles cannot use Power BI reports. |
Finance and Procurement
Case Number | Description |
---|---|
When you export T4A data to an XML file, Sparkrock 365 incorrectly includes fee or other service amounts in the other income amount fields (oth_incamt). The other income amount field must be populated with the amount from Box 028. |
|
When on the My Settings page, your Region and Language are set to French (Canada), and then you verify a purchase requisition, Sparkrock 365 displays an unnecessary error. |
HR Management
Case Number | Description |
---|---|
When on the Cause of Absence Card page, Show Balances - Employee, Create Entries - Employee, Show Balances - Manager, and Create Entries - Manager are turned on, the cause of absence appears in mySparkrock even though the value of Delayed Activation Days on the respective attendance plan line is greater than zero. Sparkrock 365 requires an update so that when the Delayed Activation Days field is greater than zero, Sparkrock 365 is to prevent the cause of absence from appearing to an employee or manager on mySparkrock until the employee or manager have completed work for the number of days that are specified. |
Time Entry
Case Number | Description |
---|---|
When the Auto Approve Back Office Requests checkbox is selected for the Document Type of Time Entry on the HR Approval Setup page, and the user who is sending time entry lines for approval is also the approver, Sparkrock 365 creates duplicate entries that appear on the Absence Registration page. |
