Human Resources Information System (HRIS) export setup definitions and file definitions
Setup definitions represent the fields on the respective setup page. File Definitions represent the export file format field.
Change Definitions are no longer used for OTIP.
If required, you can create or repair the setup definitions, file definitions, and change definitions which are found on the HRIS Export Setup page.
To view HRIS export setup definitions and file definitions
Choose
, enter hris exports, and then choose the related link.The HRIS Exports page opens.
On the action bar, choose Related > View, and then choose Setup Definitions or File Definitions.
The data on these pages is for information purposes only except for the Allow Editing on Export field on the HRIS Export File Definitions page. When Allow Editing on Export is selected, the data in the export can be edited. Any changes affect the file that is exported, but the master data of the employee is not updated.
To reset HRIS export definitions
Choose
, enter application area setup, and then choose the related link.The Application Area Setup page opens.
On the HR Management FastTab, ensure that ONE-T (HRIS) is turned on.
Choose
, enter hris exports, and then choose the related link.The HRIS Exports page opens.
On the action bar, choose HRIS Export Reset Definitions.
A dialog box appears.
Select Reset Definitions to Default, and then choose OK.
