Add a comment to an employee qualification
As required, you can add comments to an employee qualification.
Tip
Tip:
On the Employee Qualifications page, you can use the Comment field to view whether comments exist for a qualification. When one or more comments exist for a qualification, the Comment field displays Yes.
To add a comment to an employee qualification
Choose , enter employees, and then choose the related link.
The Employees page opens.
Select the employee for which you want to add a comment to the employee's qualification, and then on the action bar, choose Navigate > Qualifications.
The Employee Qualifications page opens.
Select the qualification to which you want to add a comment, and then on the action bar, choose Related > Qualification > Comments.
The Comment Sheet page opens for the respective qualification.
For each comment that you want to add, perform the following steps:
- On the action bar, choose New.
- In Date, specify the date that is to be associated with the comment.
- In Comment, specify the comment.
