View a posted purchase credit memo

From the Posted Purchase Credit Memos page, you can access additional information about a posted purchase credit memo, such as statistics.

To view a posted purchase credit memo

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter posted purchase credit memos, and then choose the related link.

    The Posted Purchase Credit Memos page opens.

  2. Select the posted purchase credit memo that you want to view, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.

  3. To view the purchase credit memo statistics, on the action bar, choose Credit Memo > Statistics.
