View a harassment complaints overview by period

To view a snapshot of the frequency and costs that are associated with harassment complaints, you can filter the harassment complaints that have been filed by a specific period.

To view a harassment complaints overview by period

1. Choose , enter harassment complaints, and then choose the related link.

   The Harassment Complaints page opens.

2. On the action bar, choose Overview by Periods.

   The Harassment Overview by Periods page opens.

3. To view the results for a specific complaint type, in Complaint Type Filter, specify a complaint type, otherwise, if you want to see results for all complaint types, leave this field blank.

4. In Complaint Number Type, specify whether you want the complaints displayed by net change or by the balance at the current date.

5. In the Matrix Options section, to specify the period for which the complaints are displayed, in View by, specify the period.

6. To open the details for a complaint for a specific period, select the link that appears for the respective value in the matrix.

   The Harassment Complaints page opens and displays the details for the complaint.

7. To return to the Harassment Overview by Periods page, choose .
