View employee experience

You can view employee experience for all employees as well as filter the data as required. For example, you may want to view all employees that have a specific seniority type code and see who has the most experience.

To view the employee experience for all employees

Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter employee experience, and then choose the related link.

The Employee Experience page opens.

View employee experience for a specific employee

You can view the experience an employee has on their respective Employee Experience page.

To view the experience for a specific employee

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter employees, and then choose the related link.

    The Employees page opens.

  2. Select the employee for which you want to view their experience, and then on the action bar, choose Related > Human Resources > Employee Experiences.

    The Employee Experience page opens and displays the information for the specific employee.

  3. To view the employee experience ledger entries for a record, on the record that you want to view, select one of the links that appears for the Starting, Calculated, or Ending fields.

    The Employee Experience Ledger Entries page opens.
