View the compensation journal
On the Compensation Journals page, you can view a list of all compensation journal batches that have been setup within the compensation journal template. Also, you can view how data is filtered, for example, the records may have different filters for HR company code, HR pay cycle code, and HR category code.
To view the compensation journal
Choose
, enter compensation journal, and then choose the related link.If more than one compensation journal template exists in your environment, the Compensation Journal Templates page displays. You must select a template, and then choose OK.
The Compensation Journal page opens.
In Batch Name, specify the batch name for the compensation journal that you want to view.
The page refreshes and displays data based on the batch name that you specified.
In Pay Cycle Period, specify the pay cycle period for the compensation journal that you want to view.
The page refreshes and displays data based on the pay cycle period that you specified.
The Compensation Journal page includes many fields. It is recommended that you use the personalize functionality to customize the journal to meet your needs.
