View compensation journal errors and warnings
After lines have been loaded into a compensation journal, you can view whether the lines have any errors or warnings.
View only lines with errors
To view only lines with errors, on the Compensation Journal page, choose Errors/Warnings > Show Lines With Errors.
The list is updated to display only lines with errors.
View one or more error messages for a line
To view one or more error messages for a line, on the Compensation Journal page, select the line for which you want to view the one or more error messages.
The Errors & Warnings FactBox updates and displays the one or more errors. Sparkrock 365 displays errors in red.
Review errors
When lines in the current batch have errors, a notification is displayed. The notification displays a count of errors.
From the notification, you can select a link to open the Error Messages page and view a list of batch errors.

To view only lines with warnings, on the Compensation Journal page, choose Errors/Warnings > Show Lines With Warnings.
The list is updated to display only lines with warnings.

To view one or more warnings for a line, on the Compensation Journal page, select the line for which you want to view the one or more warning messages.
The Errors & Warnings FactBox updates and displays the one or more warnings. Sparkrock 365 displays warnings in yellow.
