Verify a purchase requisition

You can have Sparkrock 365 verify the document values for a purchase requisition. Depending on your Sparkrock 365 setup, when you verify a purchase requisition, Sparkrock 365 performs the following tasks for the document:

  • Runs budget checking

  • Determines eligible approvers

To verify a purchase requisition

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter purchase requisitions, and then choose the related link.

    The Purchase Requisitions page opens.

  2. Select an open purchase requisition, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.

    The Purchase Requisition page opens.

  3. On the action bar, choose Home > Verify.

    If there are any errors, the Error Messages page opens and displays the list of errors that must be corrected. Otherwise, a document successfully verified message is displayed.
