Update Sparkrock 365 with the Record of Employment (ROE) serial number information from Service Canada

After Service Canada processes the Record of Employment (ROE) export file, Service Canada sends a serial number for the affected individual.

To update Sparkrock 365 with the ROE serial number information from Service Canada

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter mass emp. record of employment, and then choose the related link.

    The Mass Emp. Record of Employment page opens.

    To view the Mass Emp. Record of Employment page, you must have the Language field set to English (Canada) on the My Settings page. Also, your user ID must be set up on the Payroll Setup page, on the Payroll Users Setup FastTab, and have the Employee Personal Info Visible checkbox selected.

  2. If necessary, choose Edit List.

  3. On the record of the individual for which you received a serial number, in Serial No., specify the number that you received.
