Update a harassment complaint

During the harassment complaint process, you can track the progress and update the complaint file as the status changes.

To update a harassment complaint

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter harassment complaints, and then choose the related link.

    The Harassment Complaints page opens.

  2. On the action bar, choose Edit List.

  3. For the record that you want to update, in Status, specify the appropriate stage to which the harassment complaint has progressed.

  4. Update other fields as required.
