    Update existing HR employee assignment records

    Before you create a ONE-T export, you must apply setup changes to existing HR employee assignment records. You can perform these changes manually or you can use the HRIS Export Initial Setup utility to perform this assignment for you.

    To update the HR employee assignment records manually

    1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter hr employee assignments, and then choose the related link.

      The HR Employee Assignments page opens.

    2. For each non-union employee, select their HR employee assignment record, and then on the action bar, choose Edit.

      The HR Employee Assignment Card page opens.

    3. Add or update the Union Code.

    4. Add or update the Work Status.

    5. Add or update the Work Period Code.

    6. Add or update the Member Plan.

    To update assignments with the HRIS Export Initial Setup utility

    1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter hris export initial setup, and then choose the related link.

      The HRIS Export Initial Setup page opens.

    2. Specify values as required, and then choose OK.
