    To manage different pay grades, set up pay grade codes.

    To set up pay grades

    1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter pay grades, and then choose the related link.

      The Pay Grades page opens.

    2. For each pay grade that you want to create, perform the following steps:

      1. On the action bar, choose New.
      2. In Code, specify a code to represent the pay grade.
      3. In Description, specify a description for the pay grade.
