Set up the mySparkrock URL for multiple companies

On the Companies page, you can configure the mySparkrock URL for all the companies in which you work. The link that you specify is used when emails are sent. Also, the link is used to open mySparkrock when the mySparkrock link is selected in Sparkrock 365 role centers.

The mySparkrock URL field on the Companies page is automatically populated with the value that appears on the mySparkrock Solution Setup page, in the mySparkrock URL field. When you specify or update a value in the mySparkrock URL field on th Companies page, the mySparkrock URL field on the mySparkrock Solution Setup page is automatically updated.

To set up the mySparkrock URL for multiple companies

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter companies, and then choose the related link.

    The mySparkrock Solution Setup page opens.

  2. In mySparkrock URL, specify the mySparkrock URL address.
