Set up mySparkrock page groups for purchase and payment pages in mySparkrock
To view the Purchase Requisitions, Payment Requests, Financial Approvals, Purchase Invoices, and Purchase Orders and Receiving menu options and related pages in mySparkrock, you must perform the respective mySparkrock page group setup in Sparkrock ERP.
To set up mySparkrock page groups for purchase and payment pages in mySparkrock
Choose
, enter mysparkrock page groups, and then choose the related link.
The mySparkrock Page Groups page opens.
Select the row that has the Code of FINANCE, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > Edit.
The mySparkrock Page Group page opens.
On the General FastTab, ensure that Active is turned on.
On the mySparkrock Pages FastTab, if there are existing records with a Page Code of FIN_APP, PAY_REQ, PUR_INV, PUR_ORDREC, and PUR_REQ, proceed to the next step, otherwise, perform the following steps:
Choose Manage > Add.
The mySparkrock Pages page opens.
On the action bar, choose Set to Default.
A dialog box appears that displays the following text:
Do you want to reset page and page groups back to default values?
Choose Yes.
To close the mySparkrock Pages page, choose OK.
A dialog box appears that displays the following text:
Selected pages are already assigned to different group.
Do you want to move them to FINANCE group?
To move the pages, choose Yes.
Records with a Page Code of FIN_APP, PAY_REQ, PUR_INV, PUR_ORDREC, and PUR_REQ now appear.
On the records that have a Page Code of FIN_APP, PAY_REQ, PUR_INV, PUR_ORDREC, and PUR_REQ, ensure that the Active checkbox is selected.
