Set up employee specific attendance plan absence sequence details

If there are employee specific sequence changes to be applied, you can set up line specific details for sequencing for each cause of absence code.

Note:
If you set up sequencing for a cause of absence that has Prevent Negative Balancing turned off, the sequencing for this cause of absence is ignored.

To set up employee specific attendance plan absence sequence details

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter employees, and then choose the related link.

    The Employees page opens.

  2. Select the employee to which you want to view or edit attendance plan details, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > Edit.

    The Employee Card page opens.

  3. On the action bar, choose Home Attendance Plan.

    The Employee Attendance Plan page opens.

  4. Choose Line > Sequencing.

    The Employee Absence Sequencing page opens.

  5. Specify values as required.

    Important: Only update the attendance sequence values when the cause of absence code is first set up for the employee. After that, do not update the sequence.
