    Set up a default attendance plan code for an HR position

    Sparkrock 365 provides the capability to have an attendance plan assigned automatically to an employee when a user creates an appropriate HR request, such as for a new hire, rehire, transfer, and additional assignment. The default attendance plan is based on the HR position that is associated with the HR request.

    To set up a default attendance plan code for an HR position

    1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter hr positions, and then choose the related link.

      The HR Positions page opens.

    2. Select the HR position for which you want Sparkrock 365 to automatically assign a default attendance plan to employees, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > Edit.

      The HR Position Card page opens.

    3. In Default Attendance Plan Code, specify the code that represents the attendance plan that you want to be the default for this HR position.
