Set up collective agreements

Before collective agreements can be created and employee grievances can be recorded and tracked, you must perform some setup.

To set up collective agreements

1. Choose , enter advanced hr setup, and then choose the related link.

   The Advanced HR Setup page opens.

2. On the Number Series FastTab, if a number series is not specified for Grievance Nos, specify a value.

3. On the Collective Agreement Management FastTab, perform the following steps:

   1. In HR Dept Dimension Code, specify the code that represents the HR department dimension.
   2. In Grievance Cost Dimension Code, if grievance costs are to be collected automatically, specify the code that represents the grievance cost dimension.
   3. In Discipline Expired Formula, specify the formula to be used to determine when discipline has expired.
      For example, if your company policy is one year, specify 1Y.
