Set up a budget set approval workflow

Sparkrock 365 includes a budget set approval workflow template that you can use to set up a budget set approval workflow.

To set up the budget set approval workflow

1. Choose , enter workflows, and then choose the related link.

   The Workflows page opens.

2. On the action bar, choose New > New Workflow from Template.

   The Workflow Templates page opens.

3. Select G/L Budget Set Approval Workflow, and then choose OK.

   The Workflow page opens.

4. If required, update field values as required.

5. To start using the workflow, turn on Enabled.
