    Print a British Columbia pension report

    After you have verified the data in the British Columbia Pension Report Worksheet page, you can print the British Columbia pension report.

    The British Columbia Pension report does not include records that appear on the British Columbia Pension Worksheet page where the Is Processed checkbox is clear. To learn more, go to British Columbia pension adjustments.

    Sparkrock 365 can be set to create the British Columbia pension report in .pdf, .xml, .docx, and .xlsx file formats.

    To print a British Columbia pension report

    1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter British Columbia pension report worksheet, and then choose the related link.

      The British Columbia Pension Report Worksheet page opens.

    2. If required, load lines, and then verify the data.

      For more information, see Load lines into the British Columbia pension report worksheet.

    3. On the action bar, choose Print File.

      The British Columbia Pension Report page opens.

    4. To view the report output, choose Send to, Print or Preview & Close.

      To create the report in .pdf, .xml, .docx, and .xlsx file formats you must choose Send to.

    Validation to prevent printing of a British Columbia Pension report before processing manual adjustments

    To prevent users from printing reports before processing, Sparkrock 365 displays an error if you use the Print File action when any line has the Is Processed checkbox clear and Pension by Pay Period was specified for Pension Report Type while loading lines.

    If Pension Summary is specified instead, Sparkrock 365 does not display an error related to the Is Processed field when you use Print File.
