Post the Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan (OTIP) Member, Position, Leave (MPL) export file
After you have created a production Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan (OTIP) Member, Position, Leave (MPL) export file, you can post the OTIP Worksheet page lines to the OTIP Data Exchange Entries page.

Only production files can be posted.
When you post the lines, Sparkrock 365 performs the following tasks:
Posts lines that have on the OTIP Worksheet page, the Exported to File checkbox selected.
Deletes all lines from the OTIP Worksheet page.
Creates a summary record on the Provincial Benefits Data Exchange Register page and creates detail records on the OTIP Data Exchange Entries page.
Updates the value on the Provincial Benefits Data Exchange Setup page, on the OTIP FastTab, in the Next Cycle No. field to the next consecutive number.
To post the OTIP export file lines
Choose
, enter otip worksheet, and then choose the related link.The OTIP Worksheet page opens.
In Batch Name, specify the batch name for which you want to post the OTIP MPL export file lines.
On the action bar, choose Post.
A dialog box appears and displays the following question:
Do you want to post the benefit data exchange lines?
Choose Yes.
The lines are posted to the OTIP Data Exchange Entries page.
