Post the Ontario Non-union Education Trust (ONE-T) Export File
After you have created a production Ontario Non-union Education Trust (ONE-T) export file, you can post the ONE-T Worksheet page lines to the ONE-T Data Exchange Entries page.

Only production files can be posted.
When you post the lines, Sparkrock 365 performs the following tasks:
Posts lines that have on the ONE-T Worksheet page, the Exported to File checkbox selected.
Deletes all lines from the ONE-T Worksheet page.
Creates a summary record on the Provincial Benefits Data Exchange Register page and creates detail records on the ONE-T Data Exchange Entries page.
Updates the value on the Provincial Benefits Data Exchange Setup page, on the ONE-T FastTab, in the Next Cycle No. field to the next consecutive number.
To post the ONE-T export file lines
Choose
, enter one-t worksheet, and then choose the related link.The ONE-T Worksheet page opens.
In Batch Name, specify the batch name for which you want to post the ONE-T export file lines.
On the action bar, choose Post.
A dialog box appears and displays the following question:
Do you want to post the benefit data exchange lines?
To proceed, choose Yes.
The lines are posted to the ONE-T Data Exchange Entries page.
