Payroll release notes version 19.22.0.0

These release notes include supplemental information about the payroll release version 19.22.0.0.

New change log entries

All exemption changes within the payroll code setup card now create a change log entry.

To access the change log

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter payroll setup, and then choose the related link.

    The Payroll Setup page opens.

  2. On the action bar, choose Related > Payroll Change Log.

Biweekly pay cycle overtime calculation correction

The biweekly pay cycle overtime calculation has been corrected in this release. Hours that were entered in the first week of the year were effecting overtime calculations with the current pay period.

Federal WH Setup Card page data now prints on W4

On the Federal WH Setup Card page, the data within the Qualifying Children Under 17 and Other Dependents fields, as well as the information on the Withholding Certificate Setup page, now print on the W4 and modify the withholding certificate lines.

To print the W4

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter payroll employees, and then choose the related link.

    The Payroll Employees page opens.

  2. On the action bar, choose Reports > Form W4 > Print to PDF.
